My path to executive coaching wasn’t linear. After two decades climbing the corporate ladder, experiencing both the highs and lows of burnout, I discovered a truth that would reshape my career: sustainable success isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about creating an unshakable foundation.

That realization led me to pursue learning and course work in the neuroscience, positive psychology, and organizational behavior space

I wanted to understand not just what makes high-performers effective, but what makes them thrive year after year, without sacrificing their health, relationships, or sense of purpose.  

Today, I partner with senior executives at organizations in a variety of industries to create transformation. My approach combines rigorous research with practical wisdom, helping high-achievers unlock their full potential while thriving professionally and personally.
