After 18 years in corporate leadership, including reaching  globally ranked #1 in sales and a top performing trainer and  over 25 years in sales,  I learned firsthand what burnout really costs. I experienced burnout many times over my career and was driven to explore methods, tools and behavior to thrive in my career and create a life I loved!
